Troubleshooting

Light show results are not as desired. -Review installation instructions for suggestions on how to best set up your light show.
No lighting. Receivers are too far away from the Transmitter. Place each Receiver within 50 feet of the transmitter.
No lighting. Receiver has been plugged and replugged into a power source. Wait until the next song when the receiver will begin to pick up signal.
No music.Faulty light string/bulbs.Check light strings for burnt out bulbs. Also check light strings before installation.
No lighting. Transmitters are too close to each other. Allow at least 24" of space between Receiver.
No lighting. Transmitter is not on. Turn the volume dial on.
No music.Transmitter too close to the ground. Raise the Transmitter so that it is at least 6" above the ground.
No musicNo powerMake sure the adaptor is plugged into a working outlet and the outlet plug is properly plugged into the jack

Each receiver can only have 420W maximum for a total of 1680W per transmitter. If more receivers are added, the 420W per receiver must be reduced as to not go over the 1680W total for the unit. For example, if you buy two extra receivers (total of 6 now), each receiver can only have 280W so that the 1680W max will not be exceeded.
