| Music too loud or too soft, or no music. | Volume controls. | Adjust volume control. | | Figures do not move. | Obstruction. | Remove obstruction.Gently push the figures to start the carousel moving. | | No music, lights or motion. | No power.
Power switch is turned off. | Make sure the adaptor is plugged into a working outlet.
Check to see that the adaptor plug is securely inserted into the adaptor jack.
Turn the power switch to the "ON" position. | | Carousel stops moving. | Obstruction. | Remove obstruction. | | Figures move and lights work, but there is no music. | Volume. | Turn the volume control to the "OFF" position for a few seconds then turn it back to the "ON" position. |
